# 2.2. Kiểm tra Thiết lập cán bộ thụ lý hồ sơ

<mark style="color:red;">**LƯU Ý:**</mark> Thẩm quyền thiết lập cán bộ thụ lý hồ sơ do <mark style="color:red;">**cán bộ cấp Tỉnh, cán bộ BTXH cấp Huyện**</mark> thực hiện.\
Sau bước [thiết lập quy trình xử lý tại địa phương](/huong-dan-su-dung-cap-xa-hanhchinh-2cap/thiet-lap-chung/2.-thiet-lap-quy-trinh-tai-dia-phuong.md), anh/chị cần **thiết lập cán bộ thụ lý hồ sơ** để thêm tài khoản các tác nhân tham gia xử lý hồ sơ vào quy trình, như vậy mới có thể thực hiện được thao tác chuyển tiếp hồ sơ cho tài khoản cán bộ tiếp nhận.\

⭐ Bước 1: Tại **Menu của hệ thống**, anh/chị chọn chức năng **Quản lý quy trình**, chọn **Quản lý quy trình**, chọn **Quản lý cán bộ thụ lý hồ sơ**.

⭐ Bước 2: Tại **giao diện** **Quản lý cán bộ thụ lý hồ sơ**, anh/chị chọn:

* **Thêm cán bộ**: <img src="https://lh7-us.googleusercontent.com/KLPNHaZuKgHB2lG_iqRpd8fUqaYPFAryuUFKAdQHHPlTLbWVYMdV_Ivswdn-abkEDtLo3mxxEkHxpnQ8E4nYj0k-PEUMZVkfYaqV4ZiK3M_KEcKtYR9xBkcJzEmetKrhYdb3zggkdmgs5l4Pl_kuOT8" alt="" data-size="line"> để thêm tài khoản cán bộ tương ứng với  vai trò xử lý hồ sơ theo quy trình đã thiết lập.

⭐ Bước 3: Sau khi chọn **Thêm cán bộ**, hệ thống hiển thị màn danh sách tài khoản:

Tại cột Thao tác, anh/chị chọn **Thêm cán bộ** theo tên tài khoản để tham gia vào quy trình xử lý hồ sơ theo vai trò đã lựa chọn.&#x20;

Sau đó, màn thông báo '<mark style="color:green;">Bạn chắc chắn muốn thêm cán bộ</mark>' hiển thị, anh/chị nhấn **OK.**
