* ***Sử dụng đúng máy tính*** của trường phòng, lãnh đạo hoặc văn thư đang dùng để ký số cho từng bước xử lý tương ứng của các tác nhân.
* Chỉ áp dụng đối với các địa phương đã cài ***phần mềm ký số VGCA*** được cập nhật bản mới nhất và đang sử dụng phần mềm này trong công tác ký số các văn bản tại địa phương.               VGCA là phần mềm chữ ký số thuộc ban cơ yếu chính phủ cục chứng thực số và bảo mật thông tin.
* ***Đã đăng ký chữ ký số với Ban Cơ Yếu***&#x20;
* ***Có USB ký số*** được Ban Cơ Yếu cung cấp.
* *Hệ điều hành máy tính từ **Win10** trở lên.*
