# 3. Tra cứu hồ sơ

:star: **Bước 1**: Trên thanh điều hướng, anh/chị nhấn chọn **Tra cứu hồ sơ.**

:star: **Bước 2**: Anh/Chị nhập **Mã hồ sơ cần tra cứu** (Mã hồ sơ hệ thống cung cấp sau khi **Nộp hồ sơ thành công**) và **CCCD/ CMT/ ĐDCN của Đối tượng**. Sau đó nhấn **Tra cứu**.&#x20;

:star: **Bước 3:** Hệ thống hiển thị Hồ sơ của Đối tượng bên dưới. Nhấn chọn **Quy trình** để xem chi tiết Tình trạng xử lý Hồ sơ đến thời điểm hiện tại.
