# 5.1 Cán bộ một cửa tiếp nhận, xử lý hồ sơ

Hệ thống hiển thị 2 lựa chọn như sau :&#x20;

1. Chọn **Chuyển xử lý** : Hệ thống tự động hiển thị người nhận là **Cán bộ chuyên viên.**

2. Chọn Chuyển lãnh đạo phân công : Hệ thống tự động hiển thị người nhận là **Trưởng phòng Văn hóa - Xã hội.**
