# 9. Trả kết quả hồ sơ cho dân

Anh/Chị là Cán bộ một cửa xã đăng nhập hệ thống để tiếp nhận và trả kết quả hồ sơ cho người dân

### *<mark style="color:red;">Lưu ý:</mark>*

* *Sau khi Văn thư xã gửi kết quả hồ sơ về **Cán bộ một cửa xã**, anh/chị cấp xã sẽ thấy hồ sơ ở mục Hồ sơ có kết quả chờ tiếp nhận và các hồ sơ này **đang chờ trả cho người dân**.*&#x20;
* *Các hồ sơ có kết quả chờ tiếp nhận, anh/chị là **Cán bộ một cửa xã** thao tác **tiếp nhận, xử lý, chuyển tiếp kết quả hồ sơ về cho người dân** tại mục **Hồ sơ có kết quả chờ tiếp nhận** như thao tác tiếp nhận, xử lý và chuyển tiếp hồ sơ đề nghị hưởng. (<mark style="color:blue;">Mục A</mark>)*
* *Hồ sơ **đã trả kết quả cho người dân** là các hồ sơ ở mục **Hồ sơ đã trả kết quả**. (<mark style="color:blue;">Mục B</mark>)*

## <mark style="color:blue;">A. Trả kết quả hồ sơ cho công dân</mark>

:star: **Bước 1**:  Tại thanh Menu, anh/chị truy cập chức năng **Hồ sơ có kết quả chờ tiếp nhận,** chọn mục **Hồ sơ có kết quả chờ tiếp nhận.**&#x20;

:star: **Bước 3:** Hệ thống hiển thị màn xử lý hồ sơ, anh/chị có thể xem lại các thông tin.

Sau đó, chọn **Chuyển tiếp** để trả kết quả hồ sơ cho công dân.

## <mark style="color:blue;">B. Hồ sơ đã trả kết quả.</mark>

:star: **Bước 1:** Để xem các hồ sơ đã trả cho người dân, tại thanh Menu, anh/chị chọn **Hồ sơ đã trả kết quả.**
