# 4. Xem thiết lập cán bộ thụ lý hồ sơ

:star:<mark style="color:red;">**Lưu ý:**</mark> Thẩm quyền thiết lập **Cán bộ thụ lý hồ sơ**, do cấp **Tỉnh** thực hiện. Vì vậy, cán bộ Xã chỉ được xem các thông tin tỉnh đã thiết lập. Nếu cần điều chỉnh, anh/chị vui lòng liên hệ cấp huyện, tỉnh để được hỗ trợ thiết lập.

Để xem **thiết lập cán bộ thụ lý hồ sơ**, anh/chị thao tác như sau:

**Bước 1:** Tại **Menu** của hệ thống, anh/chị chọn chức năng **Quản lý quy trình**, chọn **Quản lý quy trình**, chọn **Quản lý cán bộ thụ lý hồ sơ**.

**Bước 2:** Màn hình hiển thị danh sách cán bộ thụ lý hồ sơ tương ứng với các tác nhân tham gia quy trình xử lý hồ sơ.&#x20;
