# 8.2 Hướng dẫn tải phần mềm ký số VGCA của Ban Cơ Yếu

* *Việc thực hiện ký phê duyệt sẽ được thực hiện trên tài khoản của lãnh đạo, ký phát hành sẽ thực hiện trên tài khoản của văn thư.*
* *Trước khi thực hiện ký số, ký phát hành anh/chị cần phải tải và cài đặt công cụ ký số VGCA Sign Service và VGCA Sign Tool.*
* *File ký là file có định dạng **pdf.***

:star:**Bước 1:** Anh/Chị truy cập [https://ca.gov.vn/tai-phan-mem](https://ca.gov.vn/tai-phan-mem#/page/taitainguyen/PM) và làm theo hướng dẫn để tải và cài phần mềm ký số VGCA của Ban Cơ Yếu về máy tính.

:star:**Bước 2:** Chọn tải 2 công cụ:

* “Bộ công cụ hỗ trợ tích hợp chữ ký số theo quy định tại NĐ 30/2020/NĐ-CP”
* “Phần mềm vSignPDF hỗ trợ ký số và xác thực tài liệu điện tử định dạng PDF, triển khai cho cơ quan Đảng và Nhà nước”
