# 4. Cập nhật hồ sơ đã tiếp nhận và đang xử lý

Trong trường hợp hồ sơ của người dân được chuyển từ phần mềm Dịch vụ công liên thông đã được Cán bộ một cửa/Công chức văn hóa lao động thương binh xã hội cấp xã tiếp nhận sang phần mềm Dịch vụ công BTXH nhưng vẫn còn sai/thiếu thông tin. Cán bộ một cửa/Công chức văn hóa lao động thương binh xã hội cấp xã có thể thực hiện chỉnh sửa thông tin hồ sơ cho người dân.
