# 6. Yêu cầu người dân bổ sung hồ sơ

Trong trường hợp hồ sơ của người dân được chuyển từ phần mềm Dịch vụ công liên thông đã được Cán bộ một cửa/Công chức văn hóa lao động thương binh xã hội cấp xã tiếp nhận sang phần mềm Dịch vụ công BTXH nhưng bị sai/vẫn còn thiếu thông tin mà cán bộ cấp xã không nắm được. Cán bộ một cửa/Công chức văn hóa lao động thương binh xã hội cấp xã có thể thực hiện cập nhật hồ sơ cho người dân
