# 3. Thiết lập cán bộ thụ lý hồ sơ

Cán bộ thực hiện thiết lập là "cán bộ cấp Tỉnh hoặc cán bộ Công chức Lao động Thương binh - Xã hội cấp xã".

<mark style="color:red;">Lưu ý:</mark> Ngoài [thiết lập quy trình tại địa phương](/huong-dan-su-dung-cap-xa-hanhchinh-2cap/thiet-lap-chung/2.-thiet-lap-quy-trinh-tai-dia-phuong.md), anh/chị cần thiết lập cán bộ thụ lý hồ sơ để thêm tài khoản các tác nhân tham gia xử lý hồ sơ như quy trình vừa thiết lập.

:star: **Bước 1**: Tại Menu của hệ thống, anh/chị chọn chức năng **Quản lý quy trình,** chọn **Quản lý quy trình**, chọn **Quản lý cán bộ thụ lý hồ sơ.**

:star: **Bước 2:** Tại màn hình Quản lý cán bộ thụ lý hồ sơ, anh/chị chọn:

:star: **Bước 3:** Sau khi chọn **Thêm cán bộ,** hệ thống hiển thị màn danh sách tài khoản:

Tại cột Thao tác anh/chị chọn **Thêm cán bộ** theo tên tài khoản để tham gia vào quy trình xử lý hồ sơ theo vai trò đã lựa chọn. Sau đó, màn thông báo **'Bạn chắc chắn muốn thêm cán bộ'** hiển th&#x1ECB;**,** anh/chị nhấn **OK.**

Sau thao tác **xác nhận**, hệ thống sẽ thông báo <mark style="color:green;">**Thao tác thành công**</mark>.
