# 4. Thiết lập Thời gian xử lý hồ sơ

Cán bộ thực hiện thiết lập là "cán bộ cấp Tỉnh".

:star: **Bước 1**: Tại Menu của hệ thống, anh/ chị chọn chức năng **Quản lý quy trình,** chọn **Quản lý quy trình**, chọn **Quản lý thời gian xử lý hồ sơ.**
