* Trong trường hợp hồ sơ của người dân được chuyển từ phần mềm Dịch vụ công liên thông đã được Cán bộ một cửa/Công chức văn hóa lao động thương binh xã hội cấp xã tiếp nhận sang phần mềm Dịch vụ công BTXH nhưng Hồ sơ không đủ điều kiện. Cán bộ một cửa/Công chức văn hóa lao động thương binh xã hội cấp xã *có thể thực hiện hoàn trả hồ sơ cho người dân. (<mark style="color:blue;">Mục A</mark>)*
