# 5. Xem thời gian xử lý hồ sơ

:star:<mark style="color:red;">**Lưu ý:**</mark> Thẩm quyền thiết lập **Thời gian xử lý hồ sơ**, do cấp **Tỉnh** thực hiện. Vì vậy, cán bộ Xã chỉ được xem các thông tin tỉnh đã thiết lập. Nếu cần điều chỉnh, anh/chị vui lòng liên hệ cấp tỉnh để được hỗ trợ thiết lập.

Để xem **thiết lập thời gian xử lý hồ sơ**, anh/chị thao tác như sau:

**Bước 1:** Tại **Menu** của hệ thống, anh/ chị chọn chức năng **Quản lý quy trình**, chọn **Quản lý quy trình**, chọn **Quản lý thời gian xử lý hồ sơ**.
