# 8. Khai thác báo cáo theo biểu mẫu của bộ

:star: **Bước 1**: Tại bàn làm việc của mình, anh/chị chọn mục "**Báo cáo thống kê**" trên thanh menu của hệ thống. Màn hình sẽ hiển thị danh sách các báo cáo thống kê.

:star: **Bước 2**: Tại màn hình danh sách báo cáo - thống kê, anh/chị tìm loại báo cáo mà mình cần khai thác  rồi chọn "**Xem chi tiết**"&#x20;

:star: **Bước 3**: Tại màn hình chi tiết của báo cáo, anh/chị có thể tiến hành khai thác thông tin bằng nhiều cách như:

* Xem thông tin báo cáo tổng hợp hoặc báo cáo rút gọn từ các bộ lọc của hệ thống
* Xuất file báo cáo về máy tính dưới nhiều định dạng khác nhau như: PDF, docx,CSV, image,....
* In trực tiếp báo cáo từ hệ thống
